
The Ferm was started by Devin Parr, Founder and Managing Partner of Devin Parr & Associates a PR and Marketing agency for clients in the wine, lifestyle and travel space.
Devin has over 15 years of experience in PR and marketing, specializing in wine, including food and wine, wine travel and tourism, lifestyle, wine and wellness, and wine business. She has represented brands of all shapes and sizes, from Chateau Montelena to Microsoft, Temecula Valley Southern California Wine Country to the Rhône Valley, and many in between. She has also worked extensively in the wine business as a buyer, in retail management, sales, event management and consulting. Her writing is featured regularly in wine and lifestyle publications.
Devin holds her WSET Level 3 certification in wine and spirits and has been named one of Wine Enthusiast Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 Tastemakers. She is currently enrolled in the WSET Diploma program, hoping to one day become a Master of Wine.
Born in Toronto & raised in New York City, Devin fell in love with Southern California after moving to San Diego for college. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Economics at UC San Diego, followed by a certification in wine expertise from the Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy.
